Getting your Arizona MMJ card is easy with NuggMD. Just see your practitioner online via video chat to get your evaluation. Once approved by your practitioner, you’ll sign into the Arizona Department of Health website , submit your application and documents, and pay the $150 fee.
The state will review your card, usually within 5 business days, and issue your electronic card via email. The state no longer issues physical cards. If approved, your card will be good for two years.

Arizona medical marijuana patients may opt to have a caregiver purchase and administer their medical cannabis. Patients under 18 require a caregiver to participate in the program.
Patients must qualify and be approved before they can submit a caregiver application. Caregivers may also be patients as long as they meet the necessary requirements and successfully complete the application process. Caregivers may have up to five patients but each patient must submit a separate application for the caregiver.
