Commissioning of Documents

Documents requiring a Commissioner of Oaths and Affidavits can be commissioned in the City Clerk’s Office. You must make an appointment and attend our office in person in order to have your document commissioned.

Important: Complete your document before visiting our office. Do not sign the affidavit section of the document.

There is a service fee of $28.25 (including HST) per document to be commissioned. The documents listed below will be commissioned free of charge.
